Step 1
Unpack your plants immediately removing any packing material. Water immediately. Cut away any yellow or brown leaves or broken stems that may have occurred. This grooming is completely normal and will take place as the plant grows. New leaves and stems appear as the old ones are cut away.
Step 2
Transplant into larger 8 inch container separately or together in a 12 inch container. Water again. Keep moist, repeating 2 times a week all summer.
Step 3
You may place plants outside as long as evening temperatures stay above 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Plants prefer full or partial sun.
Step 4
These plants respond to regular monthly fertilizing with a high bloom houseplant food.
