Step 1: Unpack your plants immediately removing any packing material.
Water immediately. Cut away any yellow or brown leaves or broken
stems that may have occurred. This grooming is completely normal
and will take place as the plant grows. New leaves and stems
appear as the old ones are cut away.
Step 2: Transplant into larger 6-8 inch containers separately or together in
even a larger container. Water again. Keep moist, repeating 2 times
a week all summer.
Step 3: You may place plants outside as long as evening temperatures stay
above 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Plants prefer shade or bright light.
Direct sun will burn the leaves.
Step 4: Place them in containers frequented by people – the windowsill,
sunroom, kitchen or summer potted garden.
Step 5: When watering the soil, shake off excess water that puddles on the
leaves.
